Stamp ITALY on your passports after you take this virtual field trip. Consider creating a gondola out of a cardboard box or a Leaning Tower of Pisa. Take a paper plate, top with red tissue paper, yellow yarn, and brown circles (for meatballs). Italian Pizzelles are sold at grocery stores, as well as Gelato. We decorated our Pizzelles with different colors of icing and painted uncooked lasagna to represent the Italian flag. Mindy Goodwin taught us facts and landmarks about Italy, which we will include in a power point that can be accessed here.
Stamp LONDON, ENGLAND on your passport. An adventure to England includes a royal tea party fit for a queen. Students can create a London guard bookmark, a double-decker bus craft, and a London telephone booth craft.
